So I've formatted my hd to FAT32 file system using MiniTool Partition Wizard and transferred lots of games inside which took literally half a day (I'm still using USB 2.0). I was delighted when the it's done but when I plugged that thang to my console, it couldn't be recognised...It doesn't show up on FSD, XexMenu but it shows up on NXE Dash as a USB Storage device, usually it would appear in these three places but no...And nope, I didn't go over the GB nor the USB port threshold, total up I have only two hd connected to my console and they adds up to about 1.5TB only...Btw I'm not using it to be configured as an Xbox USB since the max is 32GB , it's for homebrew use. I'd appreciate if anyone can give a few suggestions. Thanks
1) Don't use external tools, use windows standard procedure to format the drive as fat32. 2) Make sure there are no partitiono on the external drive once formatted. 3) Disconnect other drives except your internal Xbox 360 drive. 4) Connect the drive, fire up FSD it should find it. Trust me.
Uhh... (1)I can't seem to format it to FAT32 using both Computer (only exFAT and NTFS available) and Disk Management... (2)And my console is a 4GB Slim which means no internal hard drive, and I tried disconnecting other drives, clearly I didn't explain much in my question, oops hehe. (3)Turns out it was something wrong with the tool I was using so I switched to a different one, I've done it before but I forgot how I did it so I made the same mistake again by using MiniTool Partition Wizard  ... EaseUS does its job well enough and I can now use my 1TB drive, thanks for the help though
