I just got my RGH a few hours ago, and I put a disk into the console to copy it to my XeX menu. But my RGH doesn't read the disk, it just stays at "Open Disk". I was wondering if this is normal. If it is, I can always download games to my flash drive or whatever. Any help appreciated.

sound like your disk tray is knackered man, and yes you can still put games on it use xbc tool to extract the game data and make a folder say blobs 2 and extract it in to there, i use a external hard drive for this, if you do make sure its fat 32 or you tag will not read any thing. To boot the game just run the default.xex and the game will start if your doing system link to a retail you will need a folder next to the blops two folder called cache then put what ever tu's in here that will system link for you.

If you flashed another keyvault recently, and didn't patch it, then it will just be an incorrectly paired drive.
