ive been messing about all day with multiple drives and trying different keys.. i though problems were down to drives lens not reading discs. so ive come to a conclusion that the liteon i got here seems to be in wrong tin. so when ive grabbed key from pc and match serial to drive i think key is for another drive.. but my main noobish qusetion is. i got a hitachi spoofed as a liteon and wana restore to stock but im haveing trouble reading drive do i treat this as a liteon or hitachi. ive sent mode b. scaned drive letter but showing as liteon

Its still a hitachi but JF is buggy sometimes I use jf 1.76 on all my hitachi just click send mode b then close jf and open latest JF and go to the Hitachi Tab and click Restore to stock Make sure all Hitachi FW's are in the firmware folder inside the latest JF Folder Good Luck!!
