Resident Evil: Revelations 2 +11 Trainer

I wanted to know if there is a way to operate the trainer at the BEGINNING of the story when you have to stab the first monster in the first 3 modes are successful, but in the version nightmare and invisible seems to me that the trainer does not work, even you and I happened tried many times but nothing claire dies always wanted to finish the invisible mode to have the weapon of moira or there another way to play it without a save editor perhaps?
