I heard that Activision had posted that it'd be a 2 week ban with no reset. But I don't know? :[ I know that no one has been banned/reset yet.
call of duty ghosts m8 all you have to do is look at the top of the leaderboards and you will see people have had profile bans and not just been banned off the game :LOL:
:L Because they're the hosts, I host myself and i've had 5 account bans, it's not consumers which I thought he was referring too.
Ye I was talking more about the people who have brought lobbies and such! As I was planning on buying one, but thought I would check to see if anyone has been reset yet or banned.
My friend went to 10th about a week ago. He only has about 2 hours played! :LOL: Anyways he has not been banned or reset. I heard they won't be resetting people because you can get in a xp lobby just by going to Domination.
listen pistolpete was in a lobby and had a friends request off 5 of the people in there and they are all now banned so dont be fooled it is happening but its a chance we all take.
I would stay away from participating in these lobbies. I've recovered and stat edited myself and several friends with no resets, of course i just chose legitimate looking stats, unlocked every.thing i wanted and left myself a few hundred squad points. They expect you to be able to amass a large amount for the few final characters so i don't think it would throw up a flag. i wouldn't go too high of a prestige yet either, just make it look like you have too much time to spare and your good at the game EDIT: reason i said stay away from these lobbies is because they are so public, and you can't make your stats match up with how much time you've played
It doesn't matter really if you have had your rank modded and glitched for max prestige you will be banned eventually as there is no way your gonna get that high in prestige that quick
as far as i am aware the only people that are getting banned currently are the 'hosts' simply because there on a modified xbox running unsigned code. Due to the fact that people could accidentally fall into these lobbies without knowing the effects i find it hard to believe that the game developers / xbox will ban your accounts completely maybe for 2 weeks or so with a possible reset of stats but it is highly unlikely in my opinion. I was in a lobby on the day of release and have been in multiple since it's release across numerous days and im now sitting at 10th level 60 with 19mill score and i have not yet been banned. This is the same with several of my mates. Heck there is one guy who co-hosts with jazza i believe called 'CashOut 247' who is number 1 for domination and he has not been banned yet. theres my 2 cents anyway! Enjoy!
Well I just had my account "modded" by Zombie. I have 5000 squad points and all perks on one class. Two days running and no reset!
