    Index out of range.................

    On both my Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 machines. What supplemental windows files is it you need to have installed in order for these type programs to run? Some kind of .NET Framework or something like that? Can someone point me in the right direction to where to download?

    Sorry for being a pain in the ass.

    That didn't solve the problem. :( On either of my PCs.

    1 Million dollars to anyone that can get this fixed for me. ;) I always have this type of issue when executing these types of files. Seriously though. If someone could help with this, I'd be forever grateful.
