This is regarding the xbox live reward Sept's promotion I've lost count how many hours I've been spent on the mlb.tv wondering if the timer was permanently stuck at 10h0m0s (as attached pic), or it will reduce according your usage, for me, mine was forever stuck on 10h0m0s ... is this same for you too ?

It doesnt have to be sport. I just been using bbc iplayer for 10 hours. I checked my rewards page just now and it say 100 point pending. So once you hit 10 hours you'll get a pending
