    So iv'e signed into XBOX Live and my dashboard is like bran new, my theme is gone and where you can see your friends avatars, they're just white and grey. Also, I went onto Black Ops II and it would disconnect me and ask me to check my connection.. Lastly, after i managed to fix that, When I view friends, recent players etc, they don't have any gamer pictures?? Is it just me or?

    Mine show up perfectly fine. Maybe you should restart your console, or pull out the WiFi cord in the back of your Xbox. Then plug it back in and restart, tell me if it fixes it.

    No the little antenna that sticks up in the back of your Xbox. That connects you to your WiFi and TV connection.

    TTG is terrible and full of mean people just to say.
    Also, if I had seen this sooner I would have said it was an Xbox Live Service Alert ;)
