Destiny beta rolled out today and its only natural that everyone is trying to redeem their beta codes at the same time, unfortunately most people are being greeted by a E-820001F7 error which we can safely assume is due to the sheer load on the Playstation store.

Along with PSN being down due to heavy loads, Bungie are also suffering because of the stampede of fans desperate to play their new title 'Destiny'.

This was a recent tweet where Bungie declared that they were having issues sending out emails containing beta codes due to the sheer volume of traffic.

Here are the latest status updates from the Playstation support portal:

If you haven't received your Destiny beta code yet do not panic you will surely receive it soon. Even if you did have it already, chances are you wouldn't be able to use it anyway.

The PS4 version of the beta is going to run for 10 days so hopefully the issues will be ironed out soon. The Xbox version of the beta begins on the 23rd of July and ends on the 26th.
