Last month, it was reported that Sony Online Entertainment's PlanetSide 2 would make it to the PlayStation 4 by year's end as a playable beta. We're quickly closing in on the end of that release window, but there's still hope: sign-ups for the PS4-flavored PlanetSide 2 beta went live this week, meaning you can now put your name in the proverbial space-hat for a chance to participate in large-scale interplanetary warfare. Simply head over to the PS4 branch of the PlanetSide 2 website and enter your email address if you'd like to enlist. Doing so will grant you this message: "Thank you for submitting your email address! We will keep you updated as we prepare to launch PlanetSide 2 on the PS4."
