Hello after so long. Have a Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to Everyone. I just got back on to my D3 ROS Save Editor today to mod one of my characters and found that i can no longer read it because every thing comes up in Id code and not by item name anymore. WHY? does the Editior need to be updated or something. I also noticed something about the editor that i never took notice to read before now ( If i wish to continue to get Updates for the program Donate) What is that about. How much will you exsecpt as a dontation so i can get updates.
I have the dat file for a character of mine backed up onto my laptop. I tried the editor program for the first time and when I put it back into Horizon and saved it and loaded it back onto the xbox, it said it was corrupt and my character was deleted. All I want to know is if there is a way to move the dat file of my character back into the save. I tried dragging and dropping and it gave me a message saying: "Invalid signature type detected for the loaded package. Halting reading. Please make sure the file is a valid Xbox 360 X Content Package ('LIVE'. 'PIRS'. 'CON')" I've tried right clicking and selecting Insert New File, and selecting the dat file but it says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." If anyone can help me out I would owe them a great deal of appreciation. I would at the very least like to just get mycharacter back. I'm not even trying to get the editor to work for D3 vanilla anymore.
hi ive downloaded the decrypter but one of the links doesn't seem to be working.. I cant find the ros mod tool....anyone know where I can find it ??
well i don't know what version of ROS you are using the PS3 or Xbox. If you are using the PS3 ver. just go here and reinstall it -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JykbqbtS2FI it works just fine. it is where i got mine. for Xbox my friend you are S.O.L because i don't own a xbox so i don't know where to get a xbox decrypter from. hopefully ViperX420 or someone gets back to you soon. hope this helps you if not SORRY.
I'm new to this but right away from reading your post I can tell you that using Horizon you were supposed to backup your "d3save" not the files within it. (Extracting the save data itself, instead of the ".dat" contents of the save data) Watch his video on page 1 showing you how to use Horizon with D3:RoS and the editor. Also, by what I read you are trying to edit Vanilla D3 data, and the editor is for D3:RoS.
I modded in Borderlands 2, but never bothered getting into hex coding, and now I am trying to learn and it's all new to me and confusing. Anyway, I have a friend who has made their own gear, and put custom legendary effects from whatever Legendary Gear on it. Their shoulders have two, separate legendary effects, from different pieces of gear, and I want to know how to do this. If anyone is experienced with Hex, and has the patience to help teach me a bit of the basics, please let me know. My Gamertag is the same as my username on here. Also, I googled ViperX420 and found his Q&A thread, which I was happy to find, only to realize that all the links lead to threads on here which he has removed. It refers me back to this thread but it doesn't have anywhere near the number of videos/tutorials that it should/could have to explain all of the things in the Q&A. I wanted to learn how to add extra stats onto items. Lastly, there was another link I tried to view that was supposed to be a spreadsheet/database (I think for the Hex codes) and it was all blacked out with a title saying don't request this sheet. Well IDC about that sheet, but is there any database or collection of D3:RoS Hex codes and what they are for?

It is not a D3 ROS UEE question it is about getting help resigning save to my PS3 account using Bruteforce. I have tired 50 times to do it myself but it seems i am doing it wrong. So do you know someone who can resign it for me then give me a link to download the completed resign with my account info. Why i can only set 6 afix with the new editor? And when i want to load my save with the 1.12 Editor it says key not found in database? Thx for help
Hey guys. I have two questions here. I am going to buy the D3 for PS3 just to test a few things, but you can save me some time answerimg me I want to mod the Gloves of Worship to make it last forever ( Or more than 10 minutes ). Is it possible or the item functionality is inside the game code? Another thing. I have been loking into the Diablo III Editor, but can't find a place to set the item values. How can I make the Weapon with 1190 - 1490 Holy Damage? Or 750 Strenght. I mean, currently, I can select the stat range, but not the stat value. I don't want to create OP items, just perfect rolls to test the most of any build. I am not planning to play online, only solo sessions for testing purposes. Thank you guys
Is that a 2.1.0 or greater item? D3 For the ps3/x360 will not work it only goes to patch 2.0.6 D3 RoS for the ps3/x360 will not work either it only goes to patch 2.0.9 D3 RoS for ps4/xone might work but as fare as I know it only goes to patch 2.1.0 and D3 RoS for the PC is some where around patch 2.5.0 (don't quote me on this).... There is no way to make it any value that is not in the range of the value set. You must rely on the RNG to set that value for you.. Duplicate the item as many times as needed to change the value accordingly..
I'm not sure if anyone has tried to mod blade of prophecy (legacy )but for me in caused the character that have the blade of prophecy in it to crash. Not sure ...why. If anyone can try it and let me know if you experiencing the same too. Also when modding my monk. I am unable to use my active skill dash strikes. My sure why. Does anyone experiencing the same too.
No, it is a 2.0 item. PC is on 2.1.1 So. If I want to make an amulet with 20% Physical, 10% CHC, 100% CHD and Socket, I must rely on RNG? After the item is created, there is any way for me to edit the value?
i just modded s bunch of those and its totally fine for me. and for the monk. It does that. You just gotta reclick the skills again. It's gets annoying sometimes but you'll get a hang of it.
Your on ps4 right. Well if you on ps4 than I'm not sure what went wrong with my modding on my blade of prophecy. Even if I put the blade of prophecy in my account stash. It would caused my whole game to crash. Always thanks for your reply.
