I found a way around the GBIDLIST not loading just incase it happens again, Close the editor, unplug your internet cable or disable your wifi on your Laptop and then reopen the editor, all editing should be done while offline. When finished reconnect your internet. I see that it is working fine now, but for future reference.
ya we had this feature set for offline users so that their list wouldn't get replaced with nothing due to no internet connection so yes if this happens again you can always have a backup ready and go offline in any case this happens again, but its highly doubtful it'll occur again any time soon this was just a stroke of luck that it happened this time but its always great to be prepared.
Just to confirm about the Leoric's Crown. I have found this helm legit and it doesnt come with the special affix. I guess that affix is only for 2.1

thanks. i make some but all the shield i make don't have the affix "allows Phalanx to summon twice as many Avatars"? i do sometjng wrong or i just have to make untill this affix come?
Quick question for you viper/cky how do you raise the base armor of an item? I know a level 70 chest or gloves shouldn't only give 60 or less armor base. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong
can you show me where allows Phalanx to summon twice as many Avatars is in 2.0.6 I see they added it in 2.1.0 but for the life of me i cant find it in 2.0.6 why is that? only thing i can think of is you are using the wrong item you have to use the RoS items to get the proper stats as fare as I'm aware
I've always used the (RoS) item from the list(so that I get the proper effects on legendaries) but I'm wearing level 70 mauraders and such but it's only giving around 20 base armor
tbh with enough dexterity armor isn't even needed cause you cannot even be touched if you want it fixed that badly try making it from scratch instead of from other gear and duplicate it a bunch of times without any stat affixes attached to it and see what has the highest base value once you find a good base then proceed to add affixes to it. If that doesn't work then how about try playing the game and finding it legit and reporting to us what may be missing to fix it we have 28000 codes to check on our end as is and don't have the time to test everything all at once we try to do what we can to get things out as fast as possible as for whats happening with that gear i have no idea tbh although i know i've made Maruders with no problems but tbh i didn't do anything special to it to make it work so i wonder what you could be doing that it doesn't like...
