i have got a weapon that i want to look legit. how do i mod the DPS? i now have 2341,1 DPS and what to get to > 3000,0 DPS i have all 6 affixes used is there a way to mod this number directly or do i have to add something for it?
Click that same weapon then click the duplicate button about 30 times (makes 31 of the same weapon with same affixes) they will all roll diffrently try it a few times till you get the best stats possible remember to set flags on the weapon to 254 so you can enchant it at the mystic

Cause i can run only the one with Exe ... And is there any update on the EXE 116? like newer stat values or something? Because i am using the EXE now and i can't see any updates... Or am i wrong...
Having a slight issue getting the Arma Mortis and Arma Haerictorioum plans to show up. Anyone have a clue as to why? So far this is the only real issue I've seen with the new editor. Enjoying it immensely guys!
Hello, Noob here. I can't seem to get the editor to read my save game file. It does work with RoS now, right? Thanks P.S. The message I get is...The folder selected did not have the proper information please select a different folder.
ok the flags are as follows 9 = Vanilla D3 Item (Legacy Items) 265 = RoS D3 Item (Enchantable) 269 = RoS Blacksmith Item (Enchantable) anything other then this we are unsure of i've never even heard of 254 or seen it before so i don't know how you came up with that number. Next question you click the file you use to run program is the D3.SaveEdit.exe not the D3.SaveEdit.application. D3.SaveEdit.exe = This if the file to open the program. D3.SaveEdit.application = OneClick Application Manifest (you should never be clicking this file ever). As for what has been updated well if you haven't noticed you are now connected to the new Database Server's and now your program is auto-updated everytime you load your program so as we the dev's enter mode codes into the database you'll see it show up in the program instantly in your lists the next time you open the editor. Now that i've said this please don't open and close your program all day cause that'll just cause lag on the servers and eventually get you banned from auto updates resulting in your ip being banned from the server and you can no longer auto-update so if you want to keep you list update i suggest just updating at the end of the night rather then through-out the day so that you get everything new at the end of the day rather then trying to keep up with us all day. Next question for anyone using the program and ending up corrupting your file there is only 2 things that can fix this the program itself IF you didn't close it that is and a backup file. If you did close the program and did not make a backup file you are screwed and have to start over from scratch sorry, but honestly its common knowledge to always backup your save before attempting anything of this sort incase of situations like this so if you didn't make a backup at least then you really need to think about that the next time you go to mod your save always make a backup you'll love yourself for it. As for using the program to revert what happened if you end up corrupting your save and the editor is still open with your save loaded you can simply decrypt your save with BSD then go to program revert any changes you did to your character and save and bam it'll be fixed in no time. As i said if you didn't do either of the 2 things above then you basically screwed yourself and need to start over sorry bud, but the is a good lesson for you because we only learn from our mistakes right? For XBOX360 users you must use horizon to extract you heroes folder, account.dat, profile.dat, and prefs.dat from your stfs package i think its called don't quote me on that i'm not an xbox guy this is just what i've been told and what i've seen from other xbox users. once you have these files all in a nice folder called "extracted" or anything that you really wish to call it but lets go with that to keep it simple. Then open editor click file, open, then click the extracted folder and click open and bam it work yay! well at least it did for me with the xbox save i have on my pc from a buddy so it should work for you.

I've noticed setting the "Flag" to: 20 - makes the item UNIDENTIFIED 21 - UNIDENTIFIED + 'X1-X2 STRENGTH' affix you will always roll X2 I could be wrong but i did test this theory on 5 items with 5/5 'success'. Possibly just a coincidence. 4294967295 - Sets the Item to JUNK for vending? 35 - UNIDENTIFIED and JUNK I was not able to identify the weapon or "unjunk" the item. no visual errors asside from useless item 1991 - UNKNOWN* After equipping what seems to have been a successfully created weapon, the items model in-game stays on my character, item persists through death and complete character(and XBL log off) I'm currently going though every flag from 1 to 4294967295, making note of any changes i see to stats or visual effects. unfortunately this method is not very effective and highly unreliable seeing as even with the item editor stats are still subject to RNG. (just trying anything I can do to contribute aside from saying "here take my money make something cool" :/ ) **Something of value I hope, I've been using Vanilla D3 on X360 to create save files, then I am exporting to XBOne UEE, from there I am logging into a secondary account and trading/duplicating the modded items. ***Not sure if it was necessary to confirm but, you CAN successfully mod REAPER OF SOULS items in account.dat from a VANILLA D3 save file and directly export to your UEE version. What I have noticed is this, Items will be lvl 60 regardless of what Legendary Item number you apply. (i assume this is possible because Vanilla D3 was patched on consoles so ROS item IDs are THERE(if you play with a friend that HAS the expansion and you don't) but you cannot receive them legitimately ingame.)
Would you be kind enough to put this information into a text document in the format of Flag tab = tab what it dose so it looks like this 1\t=\tnothing this is very well documented work just remember changing the flag to unidentified could only work to troll people it has no outcome on what the stats are
Woo fly in day, finally get to try all this new stuff out and see it in-game Also have to fix my leg rings, I gave them too much CC/cd, beyond legit stats. Didn't realise there was 50% cd cap and 6%cc cap on rings. And so using these flags, we can then make our modded in items enchantable? Coz that's awesome, only need to make 1 perfect ring or ammy, then just click dupe and re-roll main stat in game
WHAT?!?! How??? Are you saying you are changing the flag number and load up in game one at a time just to see what it does? 4 Billion times? No bloody way!
Do you know of a faster way because this is how all information is being found @Viper420 @nightmare45013 @marcus55 @GrimsReaper and Visual OS are loading Item numbers in that are generated by the billions into the game and entering them into an sql database so that you can see what everything is tell me a faster way and I will gladly put them out of a job using your method. and your response will be Use the game files well I am not a cryptographer and i cant read the encrypted files that are the game files you give me the keys and i will gladly use them.....
i can confirm this is all true what he says i feel like a monkey at a type writer all day and night and i'm not even getting paid to do this i do it for the love of the project just like the rest of the team does.
