I dont think that you can have 100% Cooldown reduction, as far I remember stats are capped. By exemple CHD limit is 900% and CHC damage is 75%.
CHC = 75% CHD = 900% CDR = 89.99% Movement Speed = 25% Resist All = 6100 = 100% Dodge Rate = 133% (PVP somethings can still hit you its balanced differently) can't remember if anything else was capped but those are the majority you'll end up seeing people cap out on. i know there is alot more to play with but the game seems to be too easy now just with legit items and 10k paragon i spent the whole day yesterday transfering my PC profile over to PS3 and its so much fun playing with my PC characters on PS3 at 10k paragon especially my jade doctor she already could 1 hit kill everything in T6 with the stats below. http://us.battle.net/d3/en/profile/ViperX420-1668/hero/50095346 so to be honest anyone going crazy with high dps you guy's really need to prioritize you priorities cause really you don't need that much dps for T6 especially with some of the bugs in this game you can easily go through T6 no problem just with my WD setup shown in the link above. UPDATE: Revision 116 is up and running with the live database.
Every time I try and open my decrypted save on any version of the editor, I get a Progess error "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application." I have no idea what is going on but again this happens with every version of D3 thus far. Anyone know?
Go into bruteforce folder see the folder called tools? DELETE IT! Then proceed to copy save from ps3 to usb bring it to pc and now proceed to decrypt your save with bruteforce, now try to load the folder on editor and now it should work perfectly fine. Oh and on another note download the latest update 116 its connected to the live database and autoupdate your list when you open the program so now all affixes and GBID's should start showing up in the editor now as well.
hey quick question guys, every time I create an item it has extremely low armor stats. how do I change the armor of my items without using one of the 6 affixes for armor boosting?
Great tool, but i have a few questions (probably really stupid questions; 1. Is there any way to add an item and have it roll randomly like it would naturally? 2. Any way to go above certain numbers (ie. add 10.000 STR). If not, how are people creating one shot gear? Thanks in advance.

How do I unlock Adventure mode with the editor? I set my characters to last played Adventure and Highest level Adventure, but its still locked in game. Or can this not be done yet? Thanks for awesome app.
did you remember to install the new update 116? cause anything prior to that is not connected to it. you need to complete all quests in the quest tab right click normal under quests and click add all quests.
when I click to install, it says "Can not download the application, not all files required by the application are available, Contact the application vendor for assistance.
Haha the guys making ridiculous god gear and obtaining billions of sheet dps with max paragon, how do you find a game all about hunting for loot fun? I realise that sounds ironic in a thread about item modding, but yeah no wonder guys aren't excited about things like greater rifts, leg gems and patch 2.1. Why anyone would want to run around with fake stats 1-hitting T6 elites and being completely invincible is beyond me, but to each their own I guess. This editor works almost flawlessly for modding the saves with legit items. I'm like viper, been adding in items I have on PC or want on PC version, to try out builds and get a head start without having to start all over again, since I have hundreds of hours clocked on PC version. Didn't want to re-do all that hard work, it's fun testing out builds on console so I know what to expect on PC, to an extent. Both versions play very differently. The rest of the stuff, plans, leg gear etc is left to be farmed
I know what the problem is but I need an answer from the creators of this editor. The problem is that the Item level is rediculous low if I change the Items. For example I buy a lvl 70 ring from kadala and change it to a different ring with the editor and if I transfer the ring back to my game its lvl 31. the same problem is with gloves or helmets for example, my lvl 70 helmet is now a lvl 31 mask of jeram with 35 armor... how do we set item levels? this is very important and the editor is unusable if we can't change them.
