Set legendary level to 0. Sorry it took so long to find the issue but i think that will fix it for you..
i noticed this is an older question. If you where to make another psn acc and pick up a present you would save your game go to the editor and duplicate it as many times as posible. The item itself will reach a limit as to how many gifts u can send to that individual than reasighn itself to another. You can only do this once per Gift if u where to save one of them and than go back and try this again your game would become corrupted, So you must get rid of all of them before going back to the editor for any reason.
HUH? Whats this have to do with the editor being able to add random affix's to items? The question asked in the linked thread was for the editor to make legit items that can be gotten from within the game. using what you posted here has nothing to do with the editor the editor can not and will never be able to make legit items.. the solution you proposed here is a lot more complicated then say giving your self 4 billion blood shards and using Kadila.. or giving your self 60 caches per hero and 210 per stash but none of this will legitimately roll items within the editor... So I ask again HUH...
Lets say, you do make another psn acc and add it to your friends list? By doing this, and sopose you do come across a Gift? Than going to the editor u can than duplicate it as many times as you would like on that char? After a certin in game limitation you will notice that the gift would rename itself to another user on your friends list. Meaning this is one of many soloutions other than what has been suggested, that will work.(Creating Legit Items At Random) Random Question For All Or Any- Where Might Spell Check Be?

Btw thanks for an awesome editor. I'll donate! But one question. Can you (I) edit the affixes? Or tweak them? I've tried. If you could I don't think I'm doing it the right way. Lastly where is gem of ease?
Gem of ease is gem of reduced level requirement in the editor and you can choose the affixes from the drop down list?

hey all, i have been fidling around with the editor, but i got a question : the version of diablo 3 i got is the vanilla version... when i edit the saves, and add ros only items (like gems), they dont appear when i export and import the save to ps4 is this cause i dont have ros on ps3?
