Hi, I`m noob and I`ve seen many people who have OP items or modded. I ask others to share their blessings to me but otheres are really too selfish, since I`m noob and I don`t have any of their item alike. I`m on PS4. Anyone here could teach me a step by step? thanks in advance.

oh wow, i wish one day there will be a program for ps4. I already sold my ps3 to buy ps4. Sad to know as of now, these programs are only for ps3/xbox and pc.
This topic has been discussed a few times in the past. The developers of the editor have looked in to modifying the xbox1/ps4 save. They found that, before it can happen, "several dozen things beyond their control must fall perfectly into line."
Does anyone know how to add 5 attacks per second to any weapon? And also how to add legendary affixes to any item? I saw someone with them but I don't know how to do it with the editor.

Oh Yeah I was wondering, I know where developer armor / weapons are on the program, just not seeing anything with tool tips. I assumed you just need to change the tier type of the weapon(ie. starmetal kurkri) - the developer (ring)? But there is like 500-999 test rings and each one of those probably needs to match the weapon. I dunno, just guessing here, but don't think I'll figure this out myself, lol.
