Ok I think we've all gotten the "buy the update" message by now. It seems the answer to all questions eventually end with "buy the update" what you HAVEN'T addressed is HOW to buy the blasted thing when every time you click the link in the editor to BUY the activation ID code the program generates a Microsoft .Net Framework error of "application not found." I have mentioned this problem in several previous posts, but my posts seem to keep getting skipped over. I am happy to buy the editor if and I emphasize IF it can be made to work regularly and reliably. As of right now I can use the editor MAYBE once per 12 hours...the rest of the time when I load up the save file and click the inventory tab it comes up with all GBID's and not the proper item names. I have posted on this several times, and thus far have only gotten a suggestion to buy the update, and a suggestion to re-download (which didn't work). I'm not even convinced at this point whether this is a serious program glitch, or something built-in by design to the editor to force people to buy the registered versions. I find it interesting that the people getting all rude and irate in their messages seem to take priority. lol If this is a by-design function of the editor (the fact that it only works on occasion) it seems that an error message saying "you've used it too many times and you need to buy the update" would be much more effective than a glitch that appears to be a program error. It would also be nice to get some kind of response to the inquiry other than a veiled comment of *cough* "buy the update"
I have addressed the first part of `the program generates a Microsoft .Net Framework error of "application not found." ` This question popped up when you could not use the update button.. The fix is still the same you need to associate the http; https; ftp; protocols with your browser. In the program I use System.Diagnostics; Process.Start() this tells windows to use the default application associated with the file type or protocol to start. The message you you are receiving is windows can not find the application for instance Chrome FF or IE.. Thank you, EmileXPG for this great articular on how this can be fixed.. http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/131471-application-not-found-repair-tutorial/ Now for the it don't work but once every few hours (Yes i would suggest that you re-download the application). there are a few things you might want to try the first would be run something like malewarebytes its free and can be ran then removed. The next thing would be uninstall and reinstall the .net framework .net 4 to be specific but uninstalling all of them and reinstalling all of them might just help. There is an issue that is currently being investigated on the project page tilted "not responding". the user suggested that the users internet is really slow and I told them to go to a page that is part of the database and see how long it takes to load but have not gotten an exact response.. This sounds like the same issue that you are having but with out seeing what is going on I can't help any further.. If you would e-mail me. I will try to figure out what is going on and passably create a fix for the issue... the web interface could be timing out but I have the time out set purity high..
Anyone know if there is a cap to bonus xp/kill? I've got 4300+ by my math but the game only registers 3300.
How did this answer my question to you? And to answer this question if 3300 is all it registers then that's what it caps out at. Unless you are referring to the gem of ease then its 2147483647 and you can gain paragon 10000 in 1 kill..

Hello all Now I have This DIIIRoS Save Editor version :1.3.18.141 (i guess it is the latest version for Ros crrect me if im wrong) but i have some questions....(sorry if the info i ask for might be answered in some place on the forums but i searched alot and didnt find anything) 1)Is there a way to edit the damage of a weapon (or armor of a chestplate, etc) without having to edit affixes and for example have a weapon of base damage 10k without any magic properties or a cloak of 20k armor without having any properties? If it's possible, can someone help me do it? 2)Sometimes I try to make an armor by creating a new item then making it (for example i made "cain's robes" and i had legendary level 1 and item lvl 0 and then saved and put it on my savegame using horizon.It wasn't there at all.(I put it in normal stash if it makes any difference than hero inventory). So after that i tried making level 1 item and legendary level 0 (by the way i had rarity on legendary if that makes any difference either) and still nothing in my stash.Error? Or Am I doing something wrong? I want my level 1 characters to equip that set for bonus exp and idk how to do it. 3)What are these debug weapons, what do they do and how can i make them and use them? CKY, please forgive me for sounding like a total idiot here. I have NO IDEA how to edit ANYTHING in the save editor: Stats, Paragon Points, Items, etc. The numbers just confuse the hell outta me. What I am looking for is a Set of rings with no level requirement that give me the ability to do a lot of damage so I can level up a character quickly. (I have a set of rings on my PS3 save that do exactly that) I don't want to start a game at Level 60+. I would like to get up there by adventuring. Right now, I am stuck on dial-up due to circumstances beyond my control (long story). So, I can't watch the youtube videos. So, what can I do? Should I just give up and go find a trainer or something? I'm at a total loss here. Great work on the editor, by the way. I just can't understand the numbers for the life of me.
So with the new patch placing a hard cap on attack speed (maxing out at 5 attacks per second) would it be possible to learn how to increase a base weapons attack speed values? All I want is to make items that can match the attack speed of the debug fast Russian items so I can use other items and not have it feel so ungodly slow in comparison. I understand your reluctance before (rightfully so) with people increasing the attack speed values to effectively break peoples games but with the new patch that shouldn't be a problem. Also if you don't want to post it here please feel free to message me instead. Awesome job on the editor.
use the tier quality as the fast sword this will be your 5 attacks anything more then that is patched slowing down the attack speed is one thing that i have bugged blizzard about because it dose nothing but crash consoles... try 142RC2
Somethiing must be wrong with my copy. I select a character. Then I select their inventory. I choose 'New' and it adds a 'New Item'. I go to edit it and I cannot. I cannot enter the Gbid or anything. It just gives me a thin line below the entry. How do add the ring (142RC2) into the inventory?? The Editor you made for the PS3 is sooooooo much easier to understand! This one is extremely confusing! How do you add a new item? It won't let me edit it at all.

Ok. I'll try that. If I can't find the answers there, I'll just give up on it. It's too bad this editor isn't as user friendly as the one you made for PS3. That one was an absolutely perfect editor!
