Four classic titles just joined the ranks of a growing list of Xbox 360 games that are now “enhanced” on Xbox One X. These new added games are: The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings, Forza Horizon, Fable Anniversary and Crackdown. What does this “enhanced” backward compatibility mean exactly? Basically these old games should feel the same, but just look a lot better! Or in other words, they’ll look exactly how I remember them in my nostalgic brain. Here’s how Microsoft explains it: “Enhanced graphics will be turned on by default, running your game with higher resolution, 9X the pixel count, increased texture details and antialiasing, allowing you to enjoy greater visual clarity than ever before.” There are seven other titles that are already available to be enhanced on the Xbox One X; here is the full list: Assassin’s Creed Crackdown Fable Anniversary Fallout 3 Forza Horizon Gears of War 3 Halo 3 Mirror’s Edge Oblivion Skate 3 The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings For more info on these games and how to turn on/off this enhanced version follow the link below! Some of these titles age very well, and don't really need to be “enhanced”. But all and all, it will look better on bigger screens! Can't wait to see how Fable looks now.
Yeah! I'd like to see how Oblivion looks, but I already modded it.....to OBLIVION.... on my PC! So It'll be hard to beat that.
