Note: I know there are already gamesaves with lvl 40, max stats/skills/cash/all that, but I'm just looking to improve my character slightly - add a few skill points and some extra stat points. I've been searching through the hex files but cannot seem to find the right values, or it's encrypted. Whenever I edit what I think may work, it ends up corrupt, and there is very little information out there for this game. Can anybody help me figure this out? Perhaps somebody knows of a tool that can decrypt/recompress the save file? I'm using Horizon so I'm not talking about resign/rehashing. There are also 2 auxiliary files - UserSettings.sav and GameSettings.sav. I assume game settings is just that - the in game audio/video/etc settings, but I'm not sure what is stored in UserSettings. It may be tied to the problem I'm having.
