copy the 00 in front of the 3F that's what it begins with and last ones should be 3F 00 00 00 NOT 3F 00 00 00 00 You started with 3F and ended with 3F 00 00 00 00
This website wouldn't let me upload the STG files that show you the values for the setting. I emailed it two guys on here hoping for them to come up with better instructions. CMG hex-values are in the image i uploaded lastnite.

If you guys need help with mousing the save then upload your save with the parameters that you want for the sliders. I'll try to help as many as possible. I get home at 2pm today so give me some time!
it works people perfectly simple tut 1. open 2k14 main menu edit the sliders then save your settings to a usb 2. take the usb to your computer and extract settings and career file 3.open both files in hex editor 4. for the STG Offsets Starts at 0001DB60 03 3F .... Ends at 0001DD60 3F 00 00 00 ... Copy that then paste it to your .CMG file Offset start: 006C94C0 03 3F .... Ends 006C96A0 3F 00 00 00 5. Enjoy
