What is this NAND and CPU key used for on a jtag? Also are there any other things I should know before buying a RGH?
A CPU Key is how you identify a specific console. A NAND is a flashed image that the console boots and runs off of.
If you're going to try and offer advice, maybe give him the real definition of what they both actually ARE.
A CPU Key is specific to a console to the point in which servers identify consoles with verification by their CPU Key. If you were to flash your NAND with a bad image, it would not boot. Please tell me where I have wrong information.
The whole paragraph. The Keyvault itself is what stores the important data of the console. The NAND itself goes beyond, waaaaaay beyond. As for the NAND definition...you are mistaken. Maybe do more research before commenting. Not saying this in a bad way by the way.
You're right, I did some digging and my information was wrong. Just trying to help with the information that I have.
