    modded gems have been patched as in they no longer work even if you transfer them over from diablo 3 to reaper of souls they will just disappear

    there is a way to mod them I have seen royal diamonds with 1788 dmg on them however I haven't figured out exactly how its done yet if someone could provide some insight would be great
