Hi guys Quick question if I mod my tomb raider save for example max salvage points on my 360 version and use the cloud to save my data, is it possible that my xbox one would pick that save up for the same game? Read somewhere that this could be done but not sure if it was legit and would work on games like tomb raider. Any ideas?
