No, it can only be done offline.

 

I would like to do this, but I do not have a JTAG.

 

So if you own it you might be able to do this with a non jtag system?

 

no becuase your modding a dlc and there isnt a fix to make it work online this will never work online

are you using the dlc or if you are what one are u using?
