Swap armour in game that fixes the issue. This happened to me when I modded my gf save. Make diamond armour proper income and use that. That should fix it

if you wear the armor and die with it it will not let you respawn if you wear just 1 set of armor and gt hurt a little take it off u will have more health than usally until you take crtain amouts of damage
