Remember the post i made a couple days ago about the Xbox 360 DRM petition? Well allow me to refresh you memory , basically some disgruntled Xbox 360 fans started a petition earlier this week demanding that Microsoft bring back the DRM that was initially supposed to be included with the Xbox One. Microsoft have responded to the petition and have apologized for its inability to properly communicate what its next-gen gaming box aims to provide to the consumer. The Xbox One chief product officer Marc Whitten explained: Does this mean that Microsoft will make yet another U-turn on its policies and we may see a return of the "friends and family sharing" .. What do you guys think of all this, post your comments below.
To me, his quote was saying that the Xbox One will remain DRM free and Family sharing will remain as well. The only thing missing is installing the disc and never having to use the disc copy again (that would lose money, so smart move). Anyways, that's my opinion.
Keep current policy and just add family sharing, awesome but honestly if they revert back... PS4 woot woot
When they announced DRM i pre ordered a ps4 . Ms shown there true colours so Flubber them i dont even play the 360 now cancelled my gold and everything .
