    I completed the mission 11 and Quiet mot returned. The PMB limit not increased. Is this the real TU for november?

    Tested here, Quiet does return. All you need to do is replay 7 times Mission 11: Cloaked in Silence. On the seventh time the title will change to [Reunion] Mission 11: Cloaked in Silence. She will be back with all the gear that you unlocked for her.
    Then just enjoy.

    How you transferred the TU to xbox? I transfer with Horizon, but my console appears not recognize the TU. No Quiet return, no new weapon classes and no GMP limit increases for me. What i need to proceed and fix this problem?

    I also used Horizon. It seems there is no GMP limit increase.

    Is this the first TU that you tried for the game or did you already update it before? When it appears in storage, but doesn't actually work, maybe is because the TU and the game are not compatible. I'm playing the Region Free version, if your version is different, like japanese or european, the TU must be on the same version to work.

    The region of my game is free and my first TU that i downloaded for this game is TU2 but looks not working, same of TU4
