You don't need to go online to use this I was hoping someone could and do the FOB mission stuff and repost since I can't either. I used some DLC that the save may not work without it. I need someone to test it. Use TU1 change save ownership and see if it works. If it doesn't work and if you have a RGH system I can post the dlc and those people will be able to use this.
