MagnaCarta II Save Editor- Xbox 360 Mod Tool

When I place the modified save back into the bin file and then fix the security, the save keeps crashing the game. I followed the instructions to the T. I only modified Juno's level to 99, but it corrupted my save. Anyone else running into issue with this save editor?
