Madden 25 Save Editor- Xbox 360 Mod Tool

doesnt seem to work for me for coaches xp. get a corrupted file when loading offline file. indicating it was created with a different version. started off a coaches mode with none of the title updates as well.

Hi guys,

signed up just for this thread so thanks for your efforts.

I'm struggling to get it to work for me though.

I've gotten as far as changing the hex bytes to what I think is correct and it produces a bak file of my save but when I move to the next stage packzip I get an invalid file message no matter which save file I use.

I'm looking to max out the xp for a coaches game.

My stages so far are -

1. a base file and an update file with one practice session to earn xp then buy punter xp.
2. extract using horizon
3. place in maddenmodding folder
4. offzip.exe stage with a the data in the file is not in the zip format but still with either 1 or 3 files - depending if I have double clicked on the original files in horizon (I've tried both methods)
5. hxd where 2 lines of code are different - place FFFFF before both on the more recent save.
6. save the updated file in hxd
7. copy the changed dat file to main folder where there is now the bak file as well

Sorry to be a pain but it's my first attempt at any of this and I only really want to do it on Madden so would really appreciate so guidance.
