Okay well, I was going to say that I haven't really seen money lobbies recently. I think your best bet would be a trusted recovery. Recoveries also allow for a lower chance of being put into the ban pool if you request legit looking stuff. Click HERE for one of the recovery topics. I know this simply wasn't what you were looking for as you wanted free. But if you don't want what I linked I will try to see if there are any recent "free" money lobbies. Rare though.
