Lindsay Lohan has claimed from the start that Rockstar games used a likeness of her for one of Grand Theft Auto V characters and now after months of threats has decided to sue Take-Two Interactive. Lohan claims that GTA V not only used her likeness for a character named 'Lacey Jonas' but also has references to the famous Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, which is a hotel where Lohan actually lived for several months. GTA character Lacey Jonas first appears in the game hiding away from paparazzi down an alleyway in Downtown Vinewood. There are certain similarities between Lohan and the fictional character, they both sound similar, dress similar and also act very similar, however Lohan's lawyers claim that Lacey Jonas is an "unequivocal" reference to Lohan and are asking for unspecified damages. Interestingly Jonas game model is also used for Kerry McIntosh in GTA V who also featured in GTA IV The Ballad Of *** Tony. Rockstar have yet to comment on the case, but we will update this article when they do.
