Lego Jurassic World and Lego Marvel's Avengers announced

Warner Bros have announced two new Lego games, based on the Jurassic Park films and Marvel's star-studded Avengers movies.

Lego Jurassic World will arrive first, in June, for Xbox 360 and Xbox One (and for most of the other platforms, of course). Despite the name, it's actually based on all four Jurassic Park films, meaning we'll get to relive that bit with the T-Rex and the night-vision goggles, that bit where Newman from Seinfeld gets spit in his eye.

Lego Marvel's Avengers, meanwhile, is based on Joss Whedon's two Avengers movies, and given that we've already played as most of those characters before in Lego Marvel Super Heroes, it's a bit less exciting than the Jurassic Park game. Still, more Lego games can't hurt, eh? I mean, unless you're trapped under a big pile of them. Then they probably would. Lego Marvel's Avengers is out sometime this Autumn, for all the same platforms as before.

 

Both sound pretty cool! I might pre-order LEGO Jurassic Park!
