I've not tested this myself. All I know is it opens Left 4 Dead 2 "UserSettings.file" and allow you to edit a lot of different settings and assign button controls by the looks of it. Take a look at screenshot or if you download and open the "UserSettings" file in the folder to have a look what you can edit first.
