I'm doing everything you say and I'm still getting an error about a CON file. I am using the newest version of Modio to extract my saves and I'm also clicking the "Xbox 360 Save" option down in the bottom right when trying to open my save.
are you getting the CON error while using gibbeds editor? i think you need to open the save edit package contents, and look the the save in there mate
Same error !! Failed to load save: cannot load XBOX 360 CON files, extract save using Modio or equivalent I try it with modio and horizon and same problem ....
i think i know whats wrong click on platforms then pc xbox 360 & ps3 will show click on 360 that should work, make sure you click new on the highlighted yellow. when you open file make sure you click not pc or ps3

Yeah, that still doesn't work. I did that exactly but when I go and try to load my save on the 360 it's not there, the game directs me to create a new character.
if the save is on your hdd press y in the main menu and select the save from there ps thanks to FallenPredator for helping me out in here
then press Y on the main menu then press X i belive to select the storage device. Or first move the save file to your HDD then press Y in the main menu
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but does anybody have the ability to give me the ID code for a maxed sniper class mod for zero? not with the gibbed editor as badass rank,stats and tokens are not stored in the save file they are in the gpd file in your actual profile but phillymaster has made a great gpd editor which can also add golden keys and unlock all skins and heads http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/61370-borderlands-2-gpd-editor-v2305/ let us know if you need any help with it
