A whole glut of screens from Suda 51's Killer is Dead have emerged today, offering a closer look at the game's stylish cel-shaded art and its OTT violent swordplay. Retaining the spirit of Suda 51's No More Heroes and the bonkers Killer 7, Killer is Dead sees you assuming the role of a prisoner who must escape his own execution and kill his assassin before it's too late. Apparently, it's something of a "dark side 007" tale, albeit with a few nutty twists of its own, including the game's hero Mondo Zappa having an arm that can transform into a gun or a drill that can absorb the blood of enemies for an 'Adrenalin Burst' attack. Handy. You can ogle some of the screenshots below. Source - X360A
