Killer Is Dead - Save Editor

It seems like I accidentally overwritten my Episode 4 save in my PC... *facepalm*

Just play through Episode 5 to the end. There are only 12 episodes in total not including the side quests. After you finish episode 12, you will be able to replay any episode you want. I'm going to just finish the main story quickly and create a "maxed out save" with all episodes unlocked later. Really sorry about this.

 

Your save has items already bought, did u get achievement for buying them all.

You get achievements for buying all the upgrades. This is a clean save with nothing bought.
If you want to get all achievements, you'll need to replay Episode 1 and 2 later after finishing the game.

I've tried to mod it myself, in the editor it shows $1,932,538,207 and 1466921580 crystals but in game i have $3,335,213 ans 390 crystals think you can mod it?

 

Okay, try this out. I am modding the saves manually since the editor doesn't work. From what I see, the pointer changes between Episodes so it is difficult to create an editor for this. Hex Editing is what will work.

1. Rename file from 'KID holicx' to 'KID'
2. Put the file back to your USB and try it out

the hash fixer worked like a charm thank you.

 

It's a bit difficult to mod the crystal if the amount is too low... So many pointers with a value of 4.
Can you try playing some more and get more crystals? Preferrably above 50 if you can.

 

If or when bluechoas mods ur save, it would be nice if you guys/gals would hit the like button by his/her name. I'm sure he/she would appreciate it.

 

Also so this is clear, i will not be continuing with making a editor for this game. I hate the game personally so the hash fixer is more than enough. Its easy to mod and use the hash fixer i provided.

 

Thanks to your Hash Fixer, modding this game's save has been quite easy. I don't have any idea at all about how those hash fixers, compression toolkits etc work, let alone create an editor.
