Hello people. Now, I don't know where to start. I'm not really a PC gaming guy. I just want something that will run Minecraft, DayZ, Garry's Mod, PS2 Emulator etc with decent graphics and no lag. I've been having a look on Ebay at some "Gaming Machines" way better than this PC anyway lol This is the one I was initially looking at.. Spoiler http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ULTRA-FAST-Quad-Core-8GB-1TB-Desktop-Gaming-PC-Computer-AMD-HD-/191025096255?pt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&hash=item2c79fba63f Though the specs do seem fast (again, a hell of a lot faster than this piece of poop lolol) I know it doesn't have the best onboard GFX card as I discussed this with my friend already. However, as long as it can run all of the above. I really don't care. If I feel I want more in future, I'll just upgrade to a better GFX card/more RAM, Is this a good choice? I've gotten a budget of £300 at the moment.
Well, I can run most of those games on my laptop. I don't recommend playing on a laptop though. That looks to me like it should run them fine but I am not really an expert at this kind of thing so I would wait for more people to answer. Sorry I couldn't really help you but I am more of a console gamer currently though I do enjoy Garry's Mod etc
Yeah, my preference is Console. However I'm in need of a new PC anyway. So if I can get it for that price and plays games fin, then I'll be happy enough.
that will run most games on high mate, the A8 is one i was using and i OC'd it to 4.6Ghz,but with a aftermarket cooler (hyper evo 212)
I can try to help you out and find a gaming system that can hold those kind of games, I will look on eBay for PC's under £300
From personal experiences, it is a lot cheaper to build your own PC. Good Website to find parts is NewEgg
To be fair, most of those games would do perfectly fine with HD Intel integrated graphics.. you won't need a mind blowing graphics card for any of those games. Your main concern would be processor and ram, so focus on those two main parts. Looking over that PC, you would do perfectly fine. Those specs are extremely close to mine, and I can play GMod without any issues with my friends. The only thing that really kills me, would be my internet speed.
yes it will play games with ease and is pretty decent for rendering,if you get cash left over, invest in an SSD (you can get them pretty cheap for around £50 )
Thanks for the help guys. I should be getting the computer sent out today and it will be here tomorrow. So will post an update and possibly a picture of the machine
I'd suggest this website, there's a ton of DIY kits on there for reasonable prices. http://pcpartpicker.com/builds/ Personally I like this guy's build http://pcpartpicker.com/b/HrFTwP
