    Firewall
    Administrator
    Update/Repair .net

    What else can I try ? ...

    Have a read of this thread.

    Download the tool run it.

    As im not sure what exactly your net framework error is, you may need to add a missing net framework or maybe delete and reinstall one.

    As DavVyz said, make sure you restart your pc after making any changes.

    Remember the more info you can give during bug reports the better.
