First of all extract the files from the PAL iso using software like Xbox 360 XISO Extract, then what I did was delete the game_play_en_us.cfg, copied the NTSC data foldrs (data/ and data/en) to the folder I had extracted the PAL iso to, overwriting excisting files. Next I replaced the PAL engine file with the NTSC in main directory. And that's all there is to it. You might not need to replace the data files even. I just did those steps first try and it worked. I just wanted the european GPD with all the fun it was intended to contain and succeded, as I just passed the anal probe scene. Hope this is to some help of people! Enjoy the anal probing and whatnot!
