How To Iso Mod Cod 4 Modern Warfare

To make modded iso discs. Do you need to files off the full game and if so how do I get them off

 

dude all you have to do is open it in wx360 or xbox back up creator and i have a question is this online

 

so the pre modded file only has no clip and god mode ? which are up and down on the D pad ? . and these only work for campaign ?

 

I just ended up in a modded lobby ? how are they online with mods ?

I have ff viewer for cod 4, cod 5 for xbox 360.
When i want open the other cod version .ff files, an error: could not open .FF file. Bad state(incorrect header check) (example COD AW)
Possible modifing this program that read and edited other cod game version?
