by freestyle or xex menu to this pathway Content/00000000000/000002/4B4E085E/4 from your HDD. You're gonna transfer the four files in the content folder
"Move the Content folder (4B4E085E) from your external to the HDD1/Content/00000000/Folder" Do this manually though FSD File Manager.
After TU1 is released "normal" GOD work fine! just extract content from disk1 as written in topic & use "Iso2God" at disk2!
The game starts, but asks me of inserting Disk 1. I followed the instructions and read through all of the posts and tried for the last 3 hours to get it work. I also updated to the latest dashboard, but did not work either. I think the problems is with the right destination of the 4 files. Can someone post the exact path on the HDD1 filesystem? I did not get any smarter by the previous posts. Tried everything, especially when it seems to me that the paths users post are contradicting each other. Thanks in advance.
Just drop the "folder" with the 4 files in it over to the HDD/Content/0000000000/. You do this through Freestyle Dash manually. Using "File Manager" then load your default.xex in your main game folder. and you wont get the message.
This tutorial is for internal HDD bigger than 4GB. As i'm aware you must have an internal with this game and also ground zeros.
if you have probleme with Xbox-Image-Browser-v2.9.0.345 do that!!!! If your getting an error in windows 7 (or other os) with mscomctl.ocx which is stopping backup creator from running then try this Get the mscomctl.ocx whether zip/rar form or whatever, extract to( C:WINDOWSSYSTEM directory. ) LEFT CLICK ON "Command Prompt" and choose "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR" this is important, RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR ok got that good, then use "CD C:Windowssystem" NOT system32 Then "regsvr32 mscomctl.ocx" ****** ******Running XBC on 64-bit windows 7 its different again you need to put MSCOMCTL.OCX into C:WindowsSysWOW64 folder. Run command prompt as Administrator and ether type or copy and paste this in >>> Regsvr32 c:windowsSysWOW64MSCOMCTL.OCX if anyone needs it > Here. -================== for content file you can transfert by ftp via your router direct on hdd inside your xbox just connect via ip!! (its another option that it)
Flashed Consoles: Your current firmware version : LT+3.0 Your dashboard version: 2.0.17349.0 Your method of burning? Truncating/Overburning or Burnermax burn : Burnermax burn Your Question/Problem (Please be as detailed as possible) : Receiving the following error when attempting to boot either via DVD or pre-install on hard drive for disc 2: " Game data has not been installed to play METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN, insert Disc 1: Install and install the game data " I have followed guide <http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/89794-hot-to-install-disc-2-with-out-burning-disc2-call-of-duty-ghosts-official-support-thread/>on how to extract contents from disc 1 via XBC, using Horizon to inject files to USB drive, and copying them over to the Xbox 360. I previously done this last with GTA V with no problems. But coming across issues with this game. These are the 4 files with their respective size next to them to verify my backup copy is good: 1) 4B4E085E0F0000A1 | 1.45 GB 2) 4B4E085E0F0000A2 | 1.82 GB 3) 4B4E085E0F0000A3 | 964 MB 4) 4B4E085E0F0000A4 | 1.24 GB I would really prefer to not waste a DL to get disc 1 installed. I did a bit of research and it's been said that the latest dashboard update may have changed the configuration on how USB drives are formatted. The closest help is guide <http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/131634-how-to-install-metal-gear-solid-v-the-phantom-paininstall-guide/page-2>.Even though it's specifically for JTAG/RGH, the concept for LT+3.0 users is still the same. I understand this is solely a JTAG/RGH thread but any help is appreciated. Thanks! Update: Well I figured out what it was for anyone who's having the same issue. After you format and configure your USB drive on your xbox 360, simply copy the entire "content" folder to the root of the USB drive (i.e. usbDriveLetter:\content\00000000000\gameTitle(i.e.4B4E085E)\000002\files). Then plug the USB drive back to your xbox 360, and move your game data from the USB drive to the xbox 360 internal hard drive. Test by launching your game disc and viola! FYI. Thanks Irishman for the great tutorial.
Hello everyone. I need help, i managed to install the game as per instruction. I was playing the game normally until i finished the prologue mission. Then the problem came, when it was on the loading screen that came after this particular mission (...i was at the loading screen which is taking too long to load... after a few minutes, the screen just turned black and nothing happened after) I'm stuck here. I've already tried forced-rechecking my BAN-ME-PLEASE everyting seems fine, extracted the "content file" using XIB, installed and uninstalled several times, and restarted the game several times from the beginning, and it all goes down the loading screen problem after prologue... Is there something wrong with the way i have installed the game? Is it one of those bugs? Or is it because there was something wrong with the file i've downloaded? (missing file, etc...) Please, I need advice on how to fix this problem, I'm using a Tauro 1T external, with an 8G HDD for my xbox360 with FSD 3.
