Sony has released an unannounced firmware update (2.0.4) for the Playstation 4 which is causing connection issues on the console along with CE-32937-4 and SU-30709-9 errors. Sony support have not released much information on how to fix the issue, most likely due to not knowing what the problem is, but we have a couple of suggestions that may help you get back online and playing multiplayer games. Firstly you should try restarting the PS4 in Safe Mode, and then select Rebuild Database. If that fails you can try deleting the update and redownloading. Note that these are suggestions until Sony engineers come up with an official fix for the problem.
