How do i delete title update?

because i already have the game installed

it's just a file named red?

 

rename it default.xex or Default.xex (not sure which one

 

I did and now it shows that there was an error when i launch_trainer.xex
like it says the game couldn't start

 

Ill figure it out give me a bit. Sorry not sure whats going on
