How do I change IP & Mac address on my Provider

it doesn't work like that mate its banned through you KV you won't get a full IP ban they have only ever done that a few times to the most prolific bad people M$ want to ban and they have to go through court to get a IP ban, so don't worry about that, your retail won't get banned if they catch you out on your RGH just the KV from the RGH will be banned they can't ban your retail console

 

If i am right sir, The KV is banned its self not the xbox

Back in Nov '13 i was hosting a lobby & the kv got banned. I forgot to unplug my retail with warranty seal still on it, and it was bought new by me from gamestop so I know there was no mods. After the lobby my son went to get on the retail to play minecraft and it was banned too.

If you unplug your retail from the network you shouldn't have an issue though. However I know you plan to host COD lobbies for Ghost so you will need to find a way to reset them or don't bother buying new kv's for Ghost.

 

Yes. That is because when you get IP banned on your KV/Xbox you cannot go on anymore xbox's threw that IP.

 

I didn't get Ip banned, i hooked up another console that I had it storage and it worked fine.

Thanks for all your feedback and yes, Im just scared that all console will get banned since they are running under the same IP address. I DO NOT have a retail xbox 360 but I do have a retail Xbox One. Im afraid that they'll be harsh enough to ban the completely new system.

 

They won't ban it, I have an xbox one and I host on my rgh all the time, don't worry about it man they won't.

 

Type CMD in your search bar ( bottom left ) then type IPCONFIG hit enter that's you with a new IP Address then your browser search bar type.
192.168.0.1 hit enter that'll load up your wifi hub/ router check in there that your IP is new. Hope this helps bud

 

I dont think they even do ip banneds anymore i think they see what console was connect to that ip before and after the mods then they banned those consoles they odnt banned the ip i think they just grab console information off the ips

 

so tool your saying on ghost you need to change your IP to mod it are they tracking the IP and flagging them?

 

you would wanna go to whatever router you have go to the site of it and change the last number and letter on the mac adress and your good!
