IO Interactive and Square Enix have unleashed the 23nd Elusive Target on the world of Hitman today - specifically in the game's Paris level. The Target, known as The Paparazzo, is now live - you only need to own the first episode of the newest Hitman property to find and eliminate him, however. This guy's is going to be live for a whopping 264 hours, so make the most of your one shot.
