I have referred to Davy's "Common Minecraft Problems" thread and could not find my error. My inventory is full of stacks of 1-2 dirt. I extracted the .bin file using Horizon. But after opening 360Revolution, I receive two errors. The first pops up when I click on "Minecraft" under the "Games" section. Here's the exception text of the first error: Spoiler ************** Exception Text ************** System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path With recent title updates, Minecraft's save structure has change thus rendering most editors useless. You will have to delete the title updates in order to use said tools--otherwise wait for after our overhaul is released and addressed in a later update.
I successfully deleted the title update and reverted back to TU1. Created and saved a new world in pre-patch, moved the file to a USB and extracted it using Horizon. Attempted to open the .bin in 360Rev but I still get the same two errors. Is something wrong with my Xbox or does the problem lie within 360Rev itself? Also I have tried dragging the .bin into 360Rev and clicking "Mod File" but nothing happens at all when I do that. Edit: Forgot to mention that I can't open a post-patch world while operating on TU1. I get a message that tells me that the world already exists, and asks if it's okay to overwrite it. But the game immediately crashes after displaying that message, so there's nothing I can do. The post-patch world in question is the old TU1 tutorial map actually, one that I downloaded a long time ago. I can only assume the game crashes because there are tiles I placed in the world (like pistons and buttons) that can't load pre-patch. I tried getting rid of all those tiles before deleting the title update, although I suppose I wasn't very scrupulous. Anyone know if it's possible to load a post-patch world in a pre-patch game? All I really want is sugar cane and clay. Neither of those can be found anywhere in the TU1 tutorial map, as they hadn't been added at that point in time. If there's really no solution then I am perfectly content with waiting for the next release of 360Revolution. Nevermind, that stuff isn't important. Weird things happen but it's irrelevant to my question.
I apologize, I guess I wasn't very clear. I'm still getting the same two errors as before, even when loading zero-patch worlds into 360Revolution. Perhaps I'm doing something wrong?
