flash a phat liteon simply . be on dvd 32 option . click phat key . wait for the pop up box click yes follow the inbox instructions . turn probe or switch off probe mpx01 turn back on . it should read key save it . you will then be presented with the autolad firmware box click yes . go back to mk32 tab click liteon erase follow the inbox prompts . turn drive off and back on until u see 0x72 . then simply hit write . wait till done then hit outro a few times . job done .. simple .

what do you mean by "hit the button on the prode b4 it finishes " before what finished and whats a prode? and what button? sorry for all the questions
ok try unplugging whatever equipment youre using then plug back in i.e usb pro etc . intro the drive a few times even outro it . be sure to have the correct com port selected if not using usb pro select from the drop down box and refresh each time . if still no go restart jungleflasher . if no good after that reset pc . if still no good follow the jungleflasher tut for bad flash procedure i cant remeber what page it is now sorry .
just re read all of this are you sure usb pro and ck3i drivers are installed properly . he must have the drivers due to the fact he has the dummy.bin and key file already m8
maybe usb pro has errored or ck3i somehow and they need reinstalling ive had happen best just to use XECUTER X360USB PRO & PRO 2 Firmware Update Tool just incase to resolve any possibilites . if hes tried all of what ive said and still no drive showing then other avenues have to be explored . especially as he said it wont recognise both his drives .

yeah exactly if the op cant work out all the possibilities we have stated then i really dont know what else to suggest .
