yeah, you're right. i guess i'll just have find a way to remove halo 4 data from my profile. anyone have an idea on how to do this? i think i have a backup somewhere but i will lose all my borderlands 2 stuff.
If you connected to LIVE then you can't remove it. If not then use Le Fluffle to get rid of the GPD. Sent from my LT18i using Tapatalk

Has anyone been banned that played it offline and on a offline account? That means you did not use your main account so you can't have halo achievements.
I was wondering that because I have played every major game early with a offline account and never been banned ever.

I know this makes no difference but Ive been playing it online and just left my xbox on and not been banned yet, and yes I do fully understand the consequences that could cause but after playing nearly all the major releases for past 2/3 year at least a week before release and not been banned once I know this may sound a bit sad but I thought this is kinda the ultimate test to see if I am un-bannable haha, I even was the first legitimate person to get the seriously 2.0 on gears of war 2 before release and my gamertag was plastered all over the internet but I didnt even get banned for that! so lets see what happens.... Come at me Microsoft! haha

You are so lucky for that, i certainly believe if that profile touched lived you would have been banned. Hidden your achievements is irrelevant in this case.
I now KNOW how people are getting banned for playing halo 4!!! My personal modded 360 got banned which i call my "SEXBOX" with l.e.d's, windows, drives cover mods, neon fan & temperature gauge's, copper heat dispensers, etc etc etc (one in my profile pic) how did my accont & xbox get banned you ask yourselves?!? Well to say the least... I was ****** I have 11 xbox's & only cared about 1, AKA SEXBOX so... I was determind to find out how! I did to test on 3 spare xboxs (Phat versions)! XBOX 1 & 2 GOT BANNED, NOT 3 SO I FOUND THE SOLUTION! For All consoles; I used a different account, Disconnected from internet, Loaded Halo 4 from Disc, Played first level of campaign, Removed Disc from xbox, Connected to Xbox Live, 3 REASONS; 1 - I.P Address 2 - Halo 4 Installed to HDD 2 - A gamesave of Halo 4 on HDD! The ONLY xbox that didn't get banned was the one I moved the save from HDD to a USB stick & removed from console before signing into XBL! I will test another xbox after mrs goes to bed trying a save on a usb stick leaving it in the console to see if they scan USB stick! What i'm not going to test due to obvious reasons is; 1 - The Halo 4 game being installed to HDD! 2 - Halo 4 Achievments on a Profile! Hope every1 agree's because, if you get banned for a save well i'm 99.9% sure you will get banned for the game install & If you get banned for playing whilst connected to XBL then again i'm 99.9% sure MS going to scan for Chevo's! All I ask is to be thanked for my tests!
This is why if you're going to play these games early you need to keep your stuff offline until the game launches..... thats how its always been. Nothing new.
I have been playing games b4 release date for about 5 years now & never been banned! I get achievments & even play on the games servers & apply updates to the games, so there was no need to be rude & talk to me like a child there's never any need to have a pop @ me as I never mean to be a burdon & I only try to provide info for people who might be curious. I will keep thing to myself in the future sorry to bother!
