DERP began the DDoS attacks with a few Tweets about League of Legends, They then began cyber-terrorizing other sites, including Battle.net: After which they began to speak with PhantomL0rd, a popular streamer on Twitch. He was playing a game of Dota 2 and they reached out to him to say if he lost the game they would take down Dota 2. He didn't win. They also got bored at some point and took down EA's website. Later in the day, DERP convinced PhantomL0rd to play Club Penguin, which turned out to be a mistake on his part: PhantomL0rd, who streamed most of the series of events, asked DERP what their main objectives were. "For the lulz," they responded. They also mentioned their dismay of money hungry companies. At the time of this writing, PhantomL0rd had to step away from his computer as he believed police officers were coming to his home. No word yet from Riot Games, Blizzard, EA, or any of the assaulted sites. As we hear more we'll be sure to update this story.
Wow they are so powerfull and important I must not say anthing bad about them..........Cowards the lot of them.
What the hell is it with GREED!? Everyone is greedy. Everyone wants something, but only a few get off their lazy asses and do something about it. You want to talk about GREED? How about the millions of people on welfare that sit on ass all day and cry about us not paying our fair share. Now that is greed! Expecting something for nothing is GREED is it's purest form. @DERP get the hell out of your mommy and daddies basement and get a job.
i hope they can hide lol attacking high companies that have a lot of money lol (can you say bankrupt and jail time) and for blizzard i never seen any down times or game play issues
Seems as though MMOs and getting targeted way more recently, I would be bothered but League Of Legends is a pile of shite.
